Defining Dysons connected experience, starting with the brand new 360 Eye vacuum.

Whilst working with R/GA, I was given the brief of exploring and illustrating user journeys, focusing on how a Dyson app could integrate with the connected home and it’s various products. This app will assist a customer in purchasing, maintaining and utilising their products full potential. The main area of interest coincided with the new release of the 360 Eye robot model, first released in Japan.
